Community Grains featured in San Francisco Magazine!

We are excited to see such a thorough, engaging, and well-informed article about our local grain movement in the August 2013 issue of San Francisco Magazine. Sara Deseran talks to many of the key players including our friends Craig Ponsford, Mark Shigenaga, Stephen Jones and Community Grains founder, Bob Klein. Referring to Bob as the pied piper (with a whole grain crust, of course) of a “merry band of bread hackers” and “the culinary equivalent of the Marvel Avengers” Deseran states that for many of us the motivation is “something that’s not just palatable but actually delicious.” Hear, hear!
