      Currently reading Samuel Fromartz’s In Search of the Perfect Loaf and he includes a good deal on sourdough starters along with recipes. Highly recommended. Fromartz also mentions Nancy Sliverton’s grape sourdough starter which sounds intriguing and can be found here.
